Build your comparison around what each policy covers, not just its price. Pennsylvania’s required insurance is the starting point; your vehicles, finances and coverage preferences shape the rest.
Start with required protection
Pennsylvania requires bodily injury liability of at least $15,000 per person and $30,000 per accident, property damage liability of at least $5,000, and medical benefits of at least $5,000. Higher limits can provide more protection. Some insurers offer a $35,000 combined single liability limit instead.
